Self check-in is available. All adult guests and visitors must provide a valid government-issued ID at least 24 hours before check-in to receive building access.

Please note:

* Minimum booking age: 21.
* Registered guests only.
* No parties or events.
* No smoking inside the apartment.
* Pets are allowed only with prior approval and an additional fee.
* Cleaning service and baby crib are available upon request for an additional fee.
* Clothes, towels, or laundry may not be hung on the balcony or terrace. Violations are subject to a USD 150 fine.
* Typical city noise may occasionally be heard.
* A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the booking platform.

- Clothes may not be taken outside, hung, or left to dry on the terrace under any circumstance. This includes towels, swimsuits, laundry, or any type of clothing. Reports from neighbors regarding this violation will result in an automatic fine of 150 USD for each occurrence.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.

Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it`s important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.
