We had to wait for check-in for over 4 hours. They said the check-in is at 14 and that is when we came to the hotel. Suddenly they said the new check-in time is at 15 cause they dont have available rooms. We ended up waiting 4 hours to get our room after the official check-in time. There were tens of other people waiting for their room in the lobby too. And this continued our whole stay, the lobby was always full of people waiting to check in and they had no rooms available in time.
Everything was just poorly handled and we got the feeling that guests were not taken care of very well.
