We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Luca, especially because of its great location. It was very easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and explore the area.
Check-in and check-out were simple and went smoothly. We did ask for a late check-out, but were told it would require a half-day charge, even though we were only requesting one additional hour. That was disappointing, as this hasn’t been our experience at other hotels.
There were also a few basic amenities we were surprised were not available, such as an iron and ironing board, an ice machine, and access to streaming services like Netflix or Hulu. These are small things, but for the price, we expected them to be included.
We were also not informed about the complimentary breakfast during our stay and only learned about it after we had already checked out on our last day.
Overall, the stay was nice, but for the cost, we expected a bit more in terms of amenities and clearer communication.
