Luis Fe's Place, Pool and Roof top

Capital Park is one of the icons in architecture, concept of services and the best roof garden of La Colonia Condesa, with 24 hour security 7 days a week, incredible swimming pool, valet parking, gym, grills and snack bar. The main room has a king size bed and his own bathroom in the second there is a double bed a single one and a full bathroom too. Without a doubt, my house is the place you were looking for to enjoy your stay in Mexico City.
The space
The interiors of the department show a modern and avant-garde style. With well lit and very comfortable spaces. Integrated by beautiful details that make it very cozy. It is the ideal place for families, couples, friends and business trips

Luis was absolutely amazing and we had a great stay at his apartment. The pool was fantastic and the location was perfect. Luis even got our daughter a colouring book which was a hit. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

Great things about our stay: Our host was a fantastic communicator from the day we made our reservation until we checked out. Every detail was covered and if we had any questions he responded almost immediately! Anytime, day or night. The location can’t be beat. Condesa is our favorite and all the parks, cafes and shops are literally RIGHT there! This apartment is right in the heart of Condesa. The apartment is modern and spacious and the building has great amenities. Rooftop pool area is beautiful!Everything is well stocked for an extended stay…we didn’t even have to get our own laundry detergent or anything. Really recommend, and the price is right too. Thanks!!

The apartment was dirty. Floors dirty throughout. Mold in bathroom showers. Toilet and bathroom floor dirty. Stain on bedcover. The apartment smelled like urine. We didn’t stay in the apartment and the host didn’t offer to address our concerns. VRBO has also not been helpful getting us a refund.

The apartment was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. There were little added touches such as a small cart for groceries, a fist aid kit, and laundry detergent that were really convenient. The location was great, with so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, a 24/7 convenient store Nextdoor, and park across the street. We cannot wait to go back to Mexico City.

Luis was very welcoming and suggested a fantastic local restaurant that we really enjoyed. His place is a perfect location and has a great layout. There were just two of us, but would be very comfortable for 4 people. Check in was easy and we liked having a door lock with a code so we didn’t have to worry about keys. There is also a reverse osmosis filter on the drinking water tap, which was really helpful. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect for us. I highly recommend Luis as a host and his place as a perfect base for your CDMX adventure!

The place was in a fabulous location and well equipped and clean. The host met us and was pleasant. The noise in the building was excessive several times. There was one afternoon where a dog barked for four hours straight.There was a second time where there was a party on the rooftop that went from four in the afternoon till midnight. It was extremely loud and we couldn’t even hear the TV in our living room because of the noise.Others in the building were allowed to have these loud parties, but we couldn’t even have a friend over for a dinner. We originally booked a VRBO because it’s like having your own place. I only found out that they would not allow guests at all two days before we were leaving and there was no time to find another suitable location.I understand you’re not allowed to have parties but other people in the building had parties and we had to put up with their noise, but we aren’t even allowed to have one friend in for dinner even when we offer to provide ID.

Will stay again

As a family of four, we had a very nice stay here and will come back again if we get the chance. We used the upstairs a lot, and the building security was reliable. Added benefit of a well-stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. Very close walking distance to parks and grocery store. The city was incredible! Highly recommend.

Best Host Ever!!!

Luis was an exceptional host! He truly thought of everything to make this vacation home feel like our own. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided—from the cozy living room to the comfortable bedrooms, spotless restrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and convenient laundry area. The entire space was clean, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly welcoming.The building and neighborhood were both very safe; we felt comfortable walking around both during the day and at night. Everything we needed was nearby, and Luis’s local food recommendations were absolutely delicious—even our picky eater was impressed!What really set this stay apart was Luis himself. I cannot say enough good things about him. He treated us like long-lost family, always eager to help with anything, big or small. He truly went above and beyond—more than any host we’ve ever had. So much, that we plan to keep in touch and never be strangers again. We’ve already recommended his place to our friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back ourselves. Thank you, Luis, for making our trip unforgettable!

Excellent location and nice amenities

The location is excellent for exploring the city. The apartment is extremely well appointed (soap, toilet paper, kitchen staples etc) and the pool and roof deck upstairs are a great bonus. Having filtered drinking water in the apartment was excellent too. Just two things to note. Firstly, the listing said that the apartment has air conditioning (I have a screenshot of this) and this was one of the main reasons we actually chose this property because most places in the city do not have AC and a member of our group has a health issue. But this apartment does not have air conditioning. The owner did provide fans that were effective but extremely noisy. We were fortunate that it was not too hot while we were there, but this could be an issue for folks in warmer times. Secondly, more info on what is recyclable would be good. There were separate unlabeled bins, but every city in the world has different rules... Overall, a fantastic place to stay, just noting that the listing as it currently is on VRBO is inaccurate regarding AC.

Wonderful host for a wonderful place!

The apartment itself was spacious, beautiful and clean. The amenities of the rooftop pool, gym and recreation room were all very well kept and felt luxurious to use. Luis was extremely helpful with local recommendations and even helped us find spots for our outdoor runs. He greeted us and was extremely responsive to any question we had. There were no issues with our stay at all! The location is great, very close to multiple parks and in the heart of many delicious restaurants and outstanding bars. If I ever find myself in Mexico City again, I will absolutely be booking this property again.

Luis Felipe's place was modern and well stocked. Lovely to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Host was fantastic on communication with us as well. Would definitely stay there again.
