Room met all the minimal needs for a weekend, solo trip stay. Location was fantastic, easy walkable area with tons of coffee shops and restaurants. Atmosphere was a little loud which wasn’t a big issue for me considering I can sleep through it all but definitely something to consider.
My 3 star rating roots from the lack of attention from the owner/general manager…I ran into an issue with my safe which I could not access. Inside it was a ticket to an event I was going to that night. Unfortunately no one could help me until about an hour and a half after I reported this issue. Due to this issue and no one in charge being around I was 30-40 min late to my event and they sure did not care. In fact it took me 12 phone calls until someone picked up the phone….No attentiveness, absolutely no sense of urgency, zero respect, and a high lack of communication between host/guest.
I made a report and have yet to have anyone reach out to me…
Clearly this business does not care for returning customers.
Save your money, and rather support businesses that care.
If you’re looking for a mediocre stay, this is your spot
