Cancellation Policy

- 48 hrs or less before check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount

- More than 48 hrs, and 30 days or less before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.



Additional Fees

- Late check out (until 12 pm) will be charged a 20 dollars fee

- After 12 pm will be charged a 89 dollars fee for one bedroom loft and a 99 dollars fee for two bedrooms loft

- 3.5% commission applies on card payment terminal
