The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk to restaurants every day. You get into your hotel room with a code rather than a key. I actually liked this because it was much quicker than digging out a key card every time we needed to get into the room. There is a full fridge, sink, and water filter in every room which was also very convenient. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only things I feel they could improve are the cleanliness and maintenance. Some of the linens were stained, the floor was not very clean upon arrival, the air conditioning unit would occasionally leak even when kept at the temperature they told us to use, the shower head leaked at the connecting piece to the pipe and it would spray all over the ceiling. The room was also much much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Other than that it was a safe and convenient location for day trips and sight seeing within the city. It’s walking distance from the famous Chapultepec park and anthropology museum.
