From the very first moment, this place gets it right, effortless hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and that sense that everything is exactly where it should be.
The staff were outstanding, genuinely kind, eager to help, and sharp when it mattered. Professional without ever feeling stiff. A special mention to our bellman, Jose Luis, always one step ahead and quietly guiding us.
The concierge team truly made our stay unforgettable. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and attentive, they understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen seamlessly. From restaurants to tours and shows, every detail was handled flawlessly. A huge thank you to Vianney, Fernanda, and Roberto. Your warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience.
The historic district is phenomenal, rich, vibrant, and full of life, with incredible food, history, and shopping at every turn.
The hotel location could not be better. Step outside and you are in the heart of it all. The property is spotless, comfortable, and consistently delivers excellent service. The rooftop offers breathtaking views.
The café downstairs is a highlight, with great espresso, snacks, and a standout breakfast with excellent breads and local specialties, available around the clock and largely complimentary. Small touches like the apple basket add charm.
Rooms are spacious, with good AC, very comfortable beds, and well designed bathrooms.
All in all, a brilliant stay, relaxed, well run, and full of character!
