”Amazing property. And pretty quiet ambience throughout our stay. Happy hour deal at the Bar is unbeatable and drinks were steomg and flowing quite nicely. Pool area ambience and drink and bite options available were excellent. Plenty of seating and lounging areas throughout the property. Amazing hospitality from all the staff”

”Location by the green Collins Park but still at a walking and trolley distance to where it all happens was perfect. Also the beach is just a couple of minutes away. Everything was clean and nice except the pool area and front terrace, which has seen better days. Those were cozy and cute, but need a facelift fast. The sushi restaurant and bar is excellent. Nice that the bikes are complimentary for the first hour, but the rate after that is just crazy: 50$/hour. Very helpful staff. ”

It’s clean and really nicely decorated. Amazing gym to workout. The breakfast buffet is super tasty and the rooftop pool is the place to enjoy you day and have excellent sushi lunch.
I can’t wait to go back!

”Excellent hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable and the design of the room & furniture is beautiful. The rooms are also very quiet, which is an added bonus. They have indeed restored the former Clay Hotel beautifully. The pool area on the roof is nice for morning or afternoon chilling.”

”Great location, easy access and contactless access usage of apartment makes it convenient for a couple of days stay at Miami Beach.
Only thing taking from stay, at pool area other guests seemed to let their dog (no pets allowed in hotel policy?) to do their business on pool area. Not a nice view when enjoying pool time with kids.”

"The room wasn't clean, towels were missing, someone's used dusty bra was found in the room, food was spilled on the floor. I asked the room service to clean the room, but the food stains on the floor were not cleaned during the whole stay"

"Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Majoittumista häiritsi se, että hotellin molemmilla puolilla oli rakennustyömaa ja rakentamisen ääniä yritettiin peittää kovalla sähköisellä tekno musiikilla.
Aluksi meille tarjottiin huonetta rakennustyömaan naapurista. Hylkäsimme sen ja saimme toisesta yöstä alkaen paremman rakennusmelulta suojatun huoneen. Parveketta huoneessa ei ollut. Hotellissa oli parvekkeellisia huoneita, mutta niistä emme tienneet. Niitä ei ollut paljoa vaan niitä oli ainoastaan kerroksissa 3-6 ja käsittääkseni kolme parvekkeellista huonetta kerroksessa.
Hotelli oli vanhahko, mutta omalla tavallaan viihtyisä hyvällä sijainnilla. Viihdyimme, koska hotellin henkilökunta oli avulias ja palvelualtis."
"On check-in we were given a room right in the lobby from which you could hear every single word said in the lobby and the loud music from the bar across the road. We were provided a different room on from the 2nd night onwards, which was smaller than the original room based on the fact that our suitcases were harder to fit in the room. Also the water pressure in the 2nd room was way lower than the 1st as the shower was operating more on gravity than pressure. We were provided no help with the bags on check-in or check out.
On positive notes, the hotel is clean and location is nice, so is the pool area."
