This is a remodeled house very central in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Midtown, Wyndwood, Brickell and Miami Beach. Plenty of parking in the street. 10 to 15 minutes from the Miami International airport. Very close, yet far enough to art, beaches, party, restaurants and stores like you would see at 5th ave in NYC.

I like to have guests that need the space mostly to spend the night. If you are looking for a place where you can hang out and watch tv, please keep searching this is not for you.
Bathroom is shared with a person living in the room next door. He is renting the room for almost three years. Please be considered.
You can use the kitchen ONLY FOR BREAKFAST. You will have space in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to store your groceries if you need to. You are also allowed to use the dining table to have your breakfast. Please do not cook at night.

When you open the Refrigerator, the second shelf is for you, you can use whatever is there if you want/need!!! If you are using the stove turn on the fan on top of it, I don't know how to turn off the fire alarm, if there is a little smoke you will have the firefighters over right away and I will be charged.

Clean after yourself when using either kitchen or bathroom.

Don’t leave dirty dishes for later.

You are allowed you use the washer and dryer if you stay more than 10 days.

The livingroom is not part of the deal.

If I’m not home you can always call me or text me and ask as many question as you like. We might bumped into each other at nights and in the weekends or when I am on vacation time.

There are 2 cats in the house. If you don’t like cats or don’t want them in your room, you just have to keep your bedroom’s door closed. They will keep their distance. Please be careful when you open the front door as the black one loves to run out and is very sneaky, he will try to go out anytime, he is very friendly, his name is Coco and he will try to get into your bedroom too. The other one is Olivia and she won’t get any closer, she is very shy.

Using Uber or Lyft if you are not planning to rent a car are the best and cheap ways. If you rather use the Bus system, bus stop for line 2 is 7 minutes away (0.4 mi), Line 77 is 10 minutes (0.5 mi) and Line 110 is 20 minutes (0.9 mi) walking distance.
