Welcome to a modern and carefully designed residence in the heart of downtown Miami, located in the new The Crosby Miami World center. Ideal for business or pleasure, this contemporary space offers walking access to Downtown's main attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation, just steps from Bayside, and a few blocks from Brickell, making this new Miami area an ideal option to visit.

The space
It's a very comfortable apartment for two people, including a comfortable and private bathroom, a balcony, a queen-size bed, and a closet. Plus, you have the option to work either in the apartment, as we have a convenient closet, or inside the building, where we have a co-working space.

If you would also like parking, we can include it in your reservation for an additional fee of $15. The downtown area has few parking spaces; however, we offer you this option just one block from the building.
