New Hyde Resort & Residences, Hollywoodissa sijaitseva uusi Hyde Resort & Residences, Florida, palvelee nykyaikaisen amerikkalaisen rannan perääntymisen glamouria ja hienostuneisuutta Hyde n yöelämän kohteissa Los Angelesiin, Las Vegasissa ja Miami Beachissä. Nice view and rooms were clean, except for spots on the rug and the dining chairs. There were no rugs or bed scarves in either of the bedrooms, so the rooms looked very different than expected. The hotel is beautiful, and the included beach chairs & umbrella were very appreciated. The restaurant was very good as well. Overall, I'd be happy to stay again.

Great for families

Overall the experiance was great. I had read many reviews before hand and I can say we had a great experience. Many comments about elevators but we honestly had no major waits. I also read comments about valet wait times, i had no issues with that as well. The only issue was bed cleaniness and over cleanliness. Had to change out our bed sheets right away as they were dirty. Kitchen was not clean and floors were very dirty. Im not picky and cleaned it myself. Overall was a great time they had toys for kids at the beach and easy access to the ocean.

Beautiful beach/ swanky accommodation

This was our second time to stay here. Great appliances and beautiful views. Nice beds, sheets and pillows. I only wish check in and check out were smoother and that there were extra elevators. The former understandably overwhelms the employees and the latter frustrates guests and leads to less pleasant interactions. Otherwise, this is a great place.

6 day beach vacation and college tour

My wife and two teenage kids had plenty of space. The master suite was more than adequate fit my wife and I. Really enjoyed the rainfall shower, comfortable king bed, and balcony access from our room. Both kids shared a room with two comfortable beds and an attached bathroom. The kitchen wasn’t gourmet in nature but was more than adequate for breakfast and lunch. The balcony s also accessible from the second bedroom and living room. The property was very safe as we were constantly checked to see if we were wearing our wristbands and had to give our room number when getting to the elevator. As parents we enjoyed that. Was ok paying the $40/day resort fee for towels, beach chairs but it was less than ok to pay $35/day to valet our vehicle. Access was not great to get the vehicle when we wanted it. Loved the access to the beach from the property but you will need a vehicle to get around if you choose to explore the area.

Hollywood Beach Stay

Overall this was a good stay for the location. The condo itself is decent, just normal wear and tear due to the years in constant use. The only real issue is the elevator situation. With it being on the 36th floor sometimes you are waiting centuries to catch a ride down or up. Forget about the stairs, honestly you are ready for a true workout!

It is on the 36th floor. No outside drinks at the pool area. And the drinks/food at the poolside bar are a bit pricey! There were five beach chairs included as well as several umbrellas. High end kitchen—well equipped. We had groceries from the nearby Walmart delivered. And there is a 7-11 just across the street. Beautiful peaceful views from the balcony.

Condo rental for our week in Hallendale Beach

We spent a week at this condo in mid June with a total of 4 guests. Alfonso was terrific, he was very helpful with questions & suggestions. The Hyde is a very nice resort - we went to the pool area once, but enjoyed the beach area more. The beach access was just steps away & the rental came with 2 chairs & an umbrella setup. We ended up buying & leaving a couple more beach chairs at the condo. The water is crystal clear blue & very swimmable, so we loved our time at the beach. The 2 restaurants on resort were pretty good, with the upstairs Asian one being the best. The poolside one was overpriced, but that's pretty typical. The condo unit had a beautiful view of everything. The most important parts of the condo were excellent which included COLD air conditioning, HOT showers with terrific water pressure, & comfortable beds. There were a few things that need attention that I will list here: The lighting in the bathroom is poor, so getting ready was a challenge for us gals.The couch is quite stained & dirty. There wasn't a fan, so we bought & left one at the condo. There were only enough supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags & soap for a 1-2 day stay, Alfonso offered to send his assistant with some, but she did not come. The kitchen is lacking some helpful items, most importantly Tupperware, but we made do. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here & would definitely recommend. The condo, the resort, the ocean/beach exceeded our expectations!

Great condo directly on Hallandale Beach with great view of the area

The condo was great and the property was directly on Hallandale Beach, with great views of the area from the balcony. It is in a private residential building that is partially operated like a hotel. It's very busy and it takes awhile sometimes to get to the 36th floor by elevator where this room is. The two outdoor pools and hot tub were nice, thought it did get pretty busy there and sometimes hard to find a seat poolside. A nice but pricey outdoor bar/restaraunt is on site next to the pool, as well as an indoor restaurant. All parking is valet and convenient (can text ahead and your car will be waiting), and a wristband is required to pass security in the lobby. If you book on VRBO the listing is not clear that it is rented by a rental company and not directly with the owner, and I was not aware of a daily resort fee and valet parking fee on top of the VRBO rental fees. Overall price was reasonable to rent here. Nice central place to get to Fort Lauderdale (25 min drive) or Miami (60 min). Traffic in the area is a little busy but manageable.

Overall great property, quiet but close enough to everything you need. Beachfront was awesome. If you want to go to the beach before dawn or after dusk make sure you have beach towels—towel service only available between dawn and dusk.

Comfortable and convenient

Alfonzo was very responsive. We came for Miami Open so condo served its purpose. Beautiful view from the balcony. We had 5 women and it was comfortable. Pool service wasn’t very accommodating however but the gym was nice. Security was good. It is a high rise building and condo is located on the 30plus floor and elevators were sometimes very slow stopping at many floors.
