I brought two dogs and pooches felt welcomed, both in the villa and the city. There is even a dog beach for your well-behaved friends! Dogs are also welcomed at many state parks in the pavilion and picnic areas. We had a blast! The area is absolutely beautiful, there are amazing things to do, everywhere. The water and weather has been gorgeous, even in February. Definitely know where I’ll ride out next winter! I do recommend considering a parking pass for Hollywood before you come for your stay, it will make the long days on the beach and boardwalk easy!" - Angela

• NO parties, gatherings, meetings, or photo shoots allowed at any time without expressed written consent, separate rate schedule applies if/when authorized.

• USE: If you are interested in using the property for a photo shoot, you must give us explicit descriptions of your concept before booking as well as your location budget. Please be aware that photoshoots are subject to different rules and rates, and must be approved in advance.

• Please keep in mind that this property is meant as a quiet retreat for those with reservations. If you have ANYTHING else in mind, you must let us know ahead of time and get appropriate permission before booking. Unless previously approved by us, no additional guests or visitors are allowed. This is NOT a party house and any violation of house rules will end your stay immediately.

• No children or pets may be left unattended on the property for ANY period of time.

• PETS: No unauthorized pets. Pets must be preapproved and fees paid.

• LINENS: The number of linens used should not exceed the number of guests. IF you make a reservation for 3 guests and use 6 beds, you will be charged for extra guests. Additional charges will be based on the number of additional sets of linens used.

• We may require each guest to sign a waiver prior to occupancy, which will be emailed before check-in. Valid photo is ID required.

• MAIL: Mail cannot be sent to this location. Any and all mail you wish to receive during your stay should be sent to the nearest UPS Store.

• Security camera/recording device — **THERE ARE NO CAMERAS POINTED TOWARDS, VIEWING, OR RECORDING THE BUILDING INTERIOR** Security camera(s) facing away from the home are for guest protection & access authorization. DO NOT tamper with, disable, or remove any devices.

• You MUST clean up after your pet or incur an additional $180 bio-hazard cleanup fee.

• No "crypto-mining” activities, and No “electric vehicle charging” allowed.

• There shall be no refunds of rent for any reason. This includes shortened stays or "ruined expectations" due to weather conditions or unwelcome encounters with native wildlife. If you visit the Florida swamp, expect to encounter lizards, snakes, massive flying insects, iguanas, alligators, or other wild creatures which may or may not be native to the area. IF you think an encounter with any of these animals would be unacceptable and ruin your trip, we kindly suggest choosing a destination other than Florida.

• As the rental car goes, your booking may include reimbursement for an economy class vehicle, upon request 5 days prior to your stay. Rental cars are provided through third-party rental agencies. Your dedicated concierge will coordinate the reservation. Upgrades are available at a discounted rate. If you need additional vehicles, we are able to provide you with our discounted rate on those as well. It's not unusual for us to acquire vehicles for as little as $5 per day! To reserve your vehicle, contact us 5 days prior to your check-in date and we'll coordinate your vehicle. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Guests are responsible for providing or purchasing their own insurance. Ask your host for details.

• CHECK-IN: The booking guest MUST be present at time of check-in. We are unable to give access to other members of your party prior to your arrival.
