We are sorry to hear about your experience, however, we can't do anything about the refund since the rate that you acquired when you booked your reservation with Expedia was nonrefundable. And our virtual assistants are hard-working individuals who work remotely they are not robots.

hank you for your honest feedback so sorry that we didn't meet your expectations our building might be old but we do provide our guests with the best price and clean and comfortable rooms to stay in. We understand that the temperature had been really low and cold, but given the nature of our location, we are not equipped for cold weather/temperatures like this. This has been the coldest we have had in the last 30 years we are trying our best to accommodate blanket requests but we don't have enough for everyone. We really do apologize for the inconvenience.

As for the cockroach that you claim you found those are called Palmetto bugs that are native to the area and we do try our best to keep them out of our property by doing monthly fumigations. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you again in the future.
