Biscayne Penthouse is one of Miami's largest vacation rental condos -- it's luxuriously decorated, centrally-located, and has a private roof terrace, hot tub, in-unit sauna, and spectacular views. The building has its own pool and comes with free street parking.



The Space:

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE: The private rooftop is only accessible to this particular unit. It includes sun loungers, a 5-person hot tub, a small dining area that has seating for 6 and a sofa.



AMENITIES: The building has a 30'x15' pool (6' deep) and the Morningside gated community has tennis and basketball courts just a 5 minute walk away.
