We will look into the pictures as there is indeed no beach entrance from this property. We are glad you found the check in instructions helpful. As for the coffee, we have a Nespresso-type machine which takes pods and try to accommodate our guests if they ask for a Keurig, however it is not part of the listing. You get parking included, which is around $36 per night with the hotel. As opposed to the hotel, this studio has a smart TV meaning you can use apps such as Netflix, Prime, etc. Amazing ocean views

. Instead of sharing the hotel WIFI which is weak, you will enjoy a dedicated router and high-speed, reliable internet access at no supplementary cost

. You get a complimentary bottle of wine and water upon arrival

 as well as a Nespresso-type coffee maker

. Our units are also refurbished and decorated with high-end furniture. Nevertheless we appreciate your comments and hope you'll give us a chance in the near future! Thank you!

Thank you, Kenneth. You are right, this apartment is advertised as having a sofa/futon. (Please refer to listing). Please note a sofa/futon is not the same as a sofa bed. Nevertheless, the measurements of the mattress are 32'' W x 75'' D. In regard to the restaurant, the building has not given us an estimate of when it will be open, we have been informing our guests accordingly. In any case, we are sorry you did not have the experience you expected and we hope you will be back again to give us another chance! Thanks again!

Thank you for your feedback and review, Paul. We were told about the hot water after you had checked out. If we had been notified about this during your stay we would've happily assisted you. In regard to the payment, to avoid the number of fraudulent chargebacks that we experienced in the past (Miami has the higher ranking of fraudulent chargebacks in the USA) our attorneys and our bank asked us to get physically in our hands the same credit card you used for the first payment and charge the balance using our Square reader. That's why the person who will check you in will ask for your CC and will charge the balance. I am sorry that due to some people not being trustworthy, we had to implement these rules, as advised by our attorney. In any case, we are sorry you did not have the experience you expected and we hope you will be back again to give us another chance!
