”Not recommended. Dirty and ran down for the price”

”Breakfast was good but the hotel staff was very miser in restocking the breakfast items. At 7:30 am, i.e. almost the beginning of the breakfast time, there were only 4 mini muffins, 3 yogurts cups, 2 or 3 bagels and were never restocked, the hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage and ham was being restocked though. I think the person handling the breakfast areas should be more observant about the customer needs.”

Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.”

”The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest! Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!”

”Rm 122 smelled of dog and pee. Bed was old and springs were felt while lying down. The desk clerk did change our room to 229. Rooms need updating and new mattresses needed. To me everything needs attention. No pool use. Building on the outside not well maintained. Parking lot has holes and drains have sunk in making leaving parking lot an obstacle course. We will not stay again. Compared to the Quality Inn in Whitehouse Tennessee, Ohio is a dump.”

”The pictures available on Expedia for this property do not match the reality. The hotel unfortunately is a decrepit place and there is no way I could sleep there with my family in the 2 rooms I had reserved. Upon check-in I opened the door of the first room and the smell was horrible. My wife refused to step in. I took a look at the washroom, and I would not dare to use it. I went back to the reception desk and returned the keys and told staff I could not stay there and asked for a refund. I...
