”We have stayed here multiple times in the past. This was, by far our worst experience. The hotel halls smelled terrible. The elevator was dirty with the same trash laying on the floor all 4 days we were there. Our biggest complaint was the staff. Not helpful to the point of rude. Went down for breakfast one morning. It was 10 minutes before stated time ended. The staff member was cleaning up. My husband asked if he would be able to get a couple of muffins. The girl was holding a tub. Rather than...

”We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us.”

I let it run for a good 5-10 min while I brushed my teeth and got clothing together, let it run some more- never got warmer. So we basically took cold showers 2 nights in a row.
