Their parking lot was small so we had to park in another lot near by. The first room we were in the deadbolt did not work and the maintenance person came and could not fix it so we got moved to another room. ”Everything thing was wonderful. We 100% recommend the Historic Victorian Inn. If we find ourselves staying overnight in Sioux Falls again, this will be the place where we will stay. ”

”This is an older unit, I would say 40-50 years old, not maintained. Hall carpet grungy, common area wall covering out dated and damaged. Common area air was stale and smelled of cleaning solutions. The number one complaint I had to check out because of bed bugs, not only my unit but others checked out due to bed bugs. The place needs to be shut down remodeled and repaired. Find some place else to stay, yes it is convenient to the hospital but not worth it. Did I mention the bed bugs? ”

”We were upgraded to staying at the Victorian Inn- i would highly recommended. The house is charming and located in the historic downtown of Sioux Falls. ”

”No management/staff are at the Settle Inn, so you have to walk to the Super 8 for that. Sheets were dirty; Super 8 supplied new sheets. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap in room. Half the light bulbs were burned out. WiFi wasn’t working, and the Super 8 staff wasn’t able to fix it (required management who wasn’t there). So that means TV didn’t work, either. I work remote, so I had to sit in the Super 8 lobby to complete my work using their public WiFi, since the WiFi didnt stretch far enough to...
