”Frequently stay in the Fairplay area for work and the Hand hotel has been by far the most enjoyable place to stay. The other option (Riverside Inn) has always been extremely noisy and the staff don't seem to care much about customer concerns. The Hand hotel staff were excellent and it was convenient having the cafe down-stairs... just be aware it isn't open every morning, but there are other options close by. It is a historic building so keep that in mind when booking.”

”The beds had dog hair or some type of curly hair on both of them sheets smelled like feet but the front office did accommodate me other than that not a bad spot to hang out if passing by btw use your own Netflix account to log in and make sure to log out ”

”The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Very convenient, located right on Main Street in Frisco. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Parking convenient, right in front of rooms. Beds were comfortable. Have fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Continental breakfast was added bonus.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

”Unfortunately, our stay at the Hyatt Place in Keystone was a complete bust!! The main reason we booked was the beautiful hot tub with the mountain views, the restaurant on site and the proximity to A Basin. The hot tub was closed. But thankfully, they had a second one that was literally in the parking garage. Ground floor, no view, smells of exhaust as you would expect in a parking garage. The on restaurant at check in, she said would be open at five, decided not to open, which left us with...

”When we got to our room, there was a stain on the bed, no toilet paper anywhere to be found, the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed, cushions on the chairs were hanging off. Overall, it felt like a very dirty room. We were supposed to spend 4 nights at the lodge and we ended up spending 30 minutes there and leaving to book a room at the hotel down the road for 4 nights instead. ”

”This season is quite warm and we went to Breck because there wasn’t really any snow. I thought BRR would be a safe Breck staple, but it was a tough go. It wasn’t necessarily run down, but obviously not what it was meant to be; lackluster. It was just kind of at every turn there was something that showed this.
