”muuten hotelli on ihan hyvä paitsi ei kannata mennä sinne sunnuntaina silloin työn tekijöillä oli viikon loppu eli palvelu ei ollut kovin hyvä me kuitenkin päästiin huoneeseen. ensimmäinen vaikutus huoneesta oli hyvä. huoneesssa oli kaikki mitä halusimme, paitsi kun haluttiin 2 sänkyä ja 1 ison sängyn niin meille annettiin 2 isoa sänkyä. ulkomaisema oli erittäin hyvä ,koska me nähtiin lumivuoria. hotellissa oli erittäin hyvä nukkua ,koska ulkona oli erittäin hiljaista. muuten hyvä hotelli mutta...

”AC didn't work in the room and the staff was unable to solve this. The solution would have been to open the window to the street in January. I can't recommend the experience.”

”Big clean room with a lot of amenities. Very comfortable bed and nice seating area. Has kitchenette with everything you need for a shot stay. Also has I room washer dryer combo which I used and it worked great! Shower was large, modern and great pressure! Maybe the best hotel shower I have used. Lobby has large seating area with coffee machine and snacks for a cost. Hotel staff were all very helpful and spoke multiple languages. ”

”A 15-night stay was pleasant and easy, also from working perspective. The (family) room had all the amenities needed. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area which makes longer stays easier. The service was friendly and helpful, what ever questions I had. The public area on the 9th floor is really relaxing, and the super-nice coffee machine was heavily used. The hotel is situated amazingly well; Migros shop next door, trams 14 and 18 - as well as e.g., busses 3 and 11 stopping...

”The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was high-quality and the coffee was very tasty. It was also nice that a complimentary public transport pass was provided. I didn’t need it, but it was nice that the room had all the necessary kitchen utensils.”

”I’ve been to many five star hotels and Swiss Luxury Apartments can stand tall beside them. Especially checking in was a stand out performance. Apartment itself was spacious and equipped with latest tech. Staff is there to genuily make you comfortable. Children were noted exceptionally well i.e. complimentary basket packed with baby stuff or high chair in the room. There was one misunderstanding with cleaning on the way which the staff compensated nicely. We felt the surroundings were safe...

Yöpyisin uudestaan seuraavalla Geneven matkallani. ”
