Hotellit ilmastoinnilla - Mid Glamorgan, Wales

”Hello,We had a very bad experience during our stay. There was no internet connection available, and since we didn't have internet data ourselves, we couldn't contact you or anyone else. When we finally managed to call the host, they asked us to turn the router off for 15 minutes, but the internet still did not work. This put us in a terrible and helpless situation. Please look into this matter."”

”Excellent accommodation and food at the Pub was also very good.”

”Aircon was a bit noisy in the room, pool And sauna were closed for refurbishment and don’t seem to have read this prior to booking?”

”Clean room location and breakfast plus parking”

”The location to this hotel is amazing, just a few minutes from the trainstation and walking distance from the Cardiff Castle and the shopping streets. The room was quite old and had an "old house smell". Staff was really really really friendly and helpful. All in all it was enough for a one night stay with not that much time to hang out in the hotel.”

”The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover”
