”I wasn't there for long but check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were lovely and helpful. When guests a few doors down came back at 5am and were loud (for ages!), I rang the reception and they were up in minutes to resolve the situation. Thank you, I really appreciated it!”

”We stayed overnight for my husband’s birthday. Spa treatments were great for each of us and we made use of the pool and jacuzzi for an extra charge. The meal in the Blok was exquisite!! Brandon served us and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful over and above the usual service you find anywhere else.
