”Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. ”

”This was a quirky apartment, lovely hot tub. mainly our fault as on arrival found access to loft impossible due to our mobility issues( we should have noticed this). No where to sit comfortably or eat, No plug anywhere to use kettle safely( really needs addressing) Only one cereal bowl . We had booked two nights but,only stayed one night as couldn’t sleep on floor another night .
