”Room is tidy and neat. It is great having free parking. Nice and smooth check in process.”

”Newly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it. There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel.”

”Nice clean large room. The fridge was a big bonus. Excellent shower which was much appreciated after a long day walking. We were led to believe from the hotel.com web site that there is Wifi only in public areas but in fact there was wifi all over the the guest house including the rooms. And it was super fast wifi. ”Lanelay Hall is a beautiful hotel. The decor, the ambience and the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff in all areas are warm and welcoming. The restaurant was a fabulous experience with very impressive food. We also had some of the best cocktails we have ever had with the mixologist taking time to explain the ones on offer.
