”There was a very loud party that took place at the hotel for the one night we stayed, we were only told the day before because the staff called to say that there are not serving food. I would have liked more warning so I could make different arrangements. The music was very loud until midnight. Very disapppinted”

”Nice hotel, room well equipped, breakfast service was slow and only one cereal available, if you love spiders theres a big one in its web in the velxlux window above the stairs that lead up to the rooms. Other than that good value for £70 a night bnb but not great when saturday prices are £167 bnb on a Saturday night. Down side to was reception didnt open until 10 am on a Saturday even though sign said 9am. Would feel better if receotion was maned 24/7”

”The room was a reasonable price, just not well thought out re layout. Shower was quite mouldy and the showerhead needed a good descale. It was also a tad noisy as it was almost in the car park. Service wasn't great - quite slow, and they seemed to be struggling with the 'system' but staff were all pleasant. ”

”Lovely hotel with very welcoming and accommodating staff. Building and grounds are perfect for the football fans. We went for my son’s birthday and he had a great time in the pool and looking at the football training pitches. The staff were amazing for including a surprise cake plate and helium balloon in the room and discuss the past times of the players when they stay ”

”Stayed Friday my birthday was on the Saturday they wrote happy birthday on the mirror left me a piece of cake with happy birthday piped in chocolate on the plate. Only critical thing I would say that we were on floor 7 and the traffic noise seemed very loud, we have stayed before and been on different floors facing a different ways and traffic noise was not heard. Breakfast is very good lots of choice and good value for money excellent ”

"This hotel left me totally speechless. No water pressure in shower, had to go to the gym for shower. Gym was in awfull outdated dirty condition. Lockerroom was even worse. Then got a fine for parking. When checking in, I had to leave the vehichle registration number but I was never informed by the check in person that parking is chargeable. Why should I ever visit this hotel again?"
