”I stayed 3 nights and had to take my own trash out, couldn't get my room cleaned, had to bring down towels for replacement. I booked an extra night during my stay and still had someone banging on my door like the police were outside, scared the life out of me. Morning staff was rude, night staff was amazing. Stairs were never vacuumed. It was an ok stay but a lot of extra work when I was just trying to relax.”

”Overall not a bad place but our first room had the worst smell of like a locker room and then the next room we changed too smelled similar but not as strong. We bought an air freshener lol I never complain but this was weird. The staff were good and Breakfast was fine it really was just to room smell.”

”We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!”
