”Room was nice, beds comfortable. But to begin with to be charged a $34.00 dollar RESORT FEE when we checked in is absolutely ridiculous. This is not a resort, pool was so so. Most hotel breakfasts are bad this was awful! Just fake eggs, small muffins, that’s it! We travelled to the cape for a wedding, but trust me I told everyone that on their return trips to the cape never stay here!”

”The room was very clean and well organized. The property in general was very nice and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and the breakfast looked and smelled great. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the overall experience. Loved the location and proximity to downtown Sandwich. We will be back in September.”

The room was very clean, odor free and pleasantly stocked with the bathroom essentials. My only suggestion would be to install lighting over the bathroom vanity.
