”My first room had a broken safe and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. They gave me a new room that was ok. The next day there was no cleaning at all. When coming back to the hotel at six pm, I asked them to do it. Reluctantly, they told me that "they will do their best". Their best was that the bed was made and towels delivered, but there was no water, the trashbins had been not emptied, and no liquid soap had been replenished. The hotel corridors were littered and carpets stained....

”Had an executive room (1102) with good view across to Etihad and new coop-live. ”We stayed two nights on our trip to explore Manchester. We selected the hotel based on location, near to Piccadilly station and the northern quarters and because the breakfast was included. The hotel is no-thrills, simple and practical. The room was clean, warm and had working bathroom and confy bed. The location was practical, next to Aldi, with nice restaurants in the vicinity. ”
