”The rooms, bar and food were all good. However when we arrived to check in, it was clear that the staff who should have been on reception, were not in place and it had been left to the other staff (who did the best they could) to check us in,as a number of staff had quit their jobs,”

There was a small but sufficient kitchen with a fridge, hobs, all utensils, cookware etc. There was free tea and coffee available, TV, board games. Safe, free parking was helpful. I travel a lot and I have never given 10 out of 10 to any accommodation before, but I am happy to do it now.”
