”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. We were assigned a disabled-access room, and unfortunately, the bathroom and toilet had a noticeable smell of urine. Breakfast was adequate but limited in variety. The poached eggs were undercooked, and the bacon was not crispy. I also observed that some wait staff handled food without gloves — for example, placing croissants in baskets or touching bread directly...

No sound insulation between the rooms so you can hear everything going on in the rooms above and each side. The hotel bar was like walking into the bar in star wars, so we eat at a local restaurant nearby ”
