"Erityisesti tykkäsin henkilökunnan palvelualttiudesta. He auttoivat tilaamaan taksin ja korjasivat nopeasti kulpyhuoneen oven kahvan joka oli irtoamassa. Kylpyhuone oli moderni ja siisti. Sängyt mukavat nukkua. Voisin yöpyä täällä uudelleenkin. Joitakin ääniä kuului ulkoa ja hotellin käytävältä mutta sain nukuttua."

"I arrived early and the check in was ok at first. Later when I came back to receive my room key I didn’t like the way the the situation was handled. The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here. The room was on the lowest level and I didn’t really see anything from the window, so I kept the curtains shut all the time. The AC was broken on the last evening of my stay and the room was freezing cold. Since this is a 5-star luxury hotel and at this price, I think they have a lot to improve. There is a lot of better options in London at this price level."
