”We had a lovely stay at the Cross Keys Hotel. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The rooms are very dated and in desperate need of a refresh. I over looked the middle of the hotel so it was noisy at night. Has a lot of potential with a bit of a refresh.”
