”This suite was in Warwick. There is a small deck where off to the side the Cove is visible.it is difficult to say it is pet friendly. Up 2 flights of steps, no room inside and no fenced in yard. The room was clean. The hot tub is very small and on the side of the driveway in the front yard by the street. No privacy. There was a fruit snack and homemade corn bread on arrival. The suite is very small for two and the hostess has every space filled with her items.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint and welcoming property. It was a perfect location for our time in Newport, just 15 minutes from the beach. Phil was an excellent host, incredibly responsive and attentive. Very comfortable beds as well. We’d stay there again. ”
