The house was spacious and comfortable. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to beaches and downtown Newport. The owners were very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about Newport and the surrounding area. Access to the pool was a lovely addition. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with owner. Location was perfect. We were able to Uber easily to major attractions allowing us to skip the challenges Newport can present with parking. House needs some minor maintenance but overall worked for our needs.

Great Property for a Large Group Visiting Newport!

The home is settled on a quiet street but is extremely close to grocery stores and is a short drive/uber ride to get into Newport! The location was perfect! There was plenty of seating and the rooms were comfortable for a large group. The only downside to the rooms were that the beds were pushed up against the walls, making access harder for one of the guests. Also, while there is a pool on the property, it is behind the neighbor's home in a conjoined yard. One night that we considered using it, it was already being used by the neighbors outside. The pool probably should not be advertised as a feature of the home if others will be using it. That being said, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a small hiccup upon arrival and the owner took care of it immediately. House was plenty big and clean. FYI — the pool is in the backyard of the neighbor’s house. The listing isn’t clear on that.

Summer Weekend Perfection

Great house centrally located!

We had a great time at Kate and Jim’s house! The house was comfortable and clean with on site parking. Its central location made it easy for us to get to all the attractions and sights. The pool was very refreshing and the backyard was beautiful. Looking forward to our next stay!

The house & property was better than it looks (this never happens)! This is the best rental we’ve stayed at hands down! It’s huge, spacious, clean & not cluttered. The yard, patio & pool were all amazing while Kate & Jim were beyond lovely & accommodating. Were already planning our next stay there.

Great stay and location

Fantastic stay in the heart of RI, closely located to Newport & Providence. Hosts were super friendly with all requests (live next door) The house was stocked with all the items we needed for a short trip. AC worked very well, and we enjoyed the large backyard with grill and pool. Would highly recommend for any families looking for a place to relax, while being central to local attractions.

Amazing stay

I found this vbro for my mother and family to stay at during my wedding in Newport. The house was perfect very spacious and accommodating. The pool was a great touch, my nephews got to jump in. The host was so kind, always there if we needed help (we locked ourselves out once and they came right over to help). They also let us check out late because we were packing up all of this wedding stuff. Overall fabulous stay we definitely recommend them.
