He greeted us at the front, checked us in, got us late check-out, and was just the epitome of customer service. ”

”The addressin is misleading, it leads to a locked gate, which from you cannot enter the resort. At the gate should be directions to check-in, but the box where they should have been was empty. At least there was a phone number, where you had to call to get directions to the check-in point.”
