Hostellit – Midlands

”The staff are kind, welcoming and everything you'd hope for when travelling to such a destination. I came here for a recharge, and achieved it Leah, and team were exceptional, I hope your next adventures are as good as mine.”

”Great cabin, fantastic food and the most helpful team possible. So much so, we are planning to return next year for a longer stay and even do the Overland track. Thank you Michael and Alex- it was a joy to meet you ⭐️”

”Helppo pysäköinti, mukava henkilökunta, tuli tervetullut olo, toimiva pesulapalvelu.”

”Fantastic little get away. The bar and restaurant were top notch meals were first class, staff are friendly, very comfortable sitting infront of the fireplace with a beverage soaking up the character. The rooms were well appointed and the continental breakfast was a welcome addition. Would definitely stay again.”

”Absolutely love the accommodation! Cute wooden cottage, spotless, full of character and a full kitchen to stay in and cook. Surrounded by nature we even saw a wallaby outside the balcony ❤️ highly recommended!”

”Beautiful view in a very large old cottage. Lots of rooms with two bathrooms & comfortable beds & warm heating”

”The rooms are not very sound proof as next to us you could hear their tv going and talking til late. This made it difficult to just relax with a book I was trying to read”

”The breakfast that was included was a good smorgasbord spread . But dinner menu was quite expensive for food that the average person would not eat and not very extensive.”

”Lighting in park was not very lit up we arrived at night Apart from that everything was excellent”

”Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.”

”Excellent spot to experience some snow! Off the grid living but had all the essentials. Nothing beats a wood heater in winter, room for kids to run around and play outside, 2 minutes walk to the lake.”

”The cottage was quit and small but had everything we needed for the stay. The rooms were clean and the heating was good for a cool winters night.”

”Friendly staff,”
