This detached, luxurious holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the water in the spacious Waterpark De Bloemert holiday park, situated on the Zuidlaardermeer. It lies just within the province of Drenthe, 3 km from the village of Zuidlaren and close to nature reserves such as Drentsche Aa National Park and Geopark De Hondsrug. The vibrant city centre of Groningen is 18 km away.

This holiday home is situated on the waterfront of the holiday park. Set over three floors, the home is comfortable and fully appointed. On the ground floor is a pleasant living room with a TV and an open plan kitchen that includes a combination microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet in the hall. A storage room with washing machine and dryer makes it complete. Special feature: this holiday home has an indoor swimming pool with a jet stream. Success guaranteed! On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. In one bedroom these beds are arranged as a double bed. This bedroom has a TV. There are also two bathrooms: one has an en suite with a shower and the other has a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. There's a separate toilet on the landing. On the second floor are two more double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. One bedroom has a sunbed. There is also a third bathroom with a shower and sauna. Here you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available.

Outside you have a garden with a terrace on the water. Garden furniture is available for your use, as well as sun loungers in summer and a jetty. There is parking for two cars right beside the holiday home. Central parking spaces are also available at the holiday park.
