”For starters, they asked me for a $50 deposit when it’s not even on the site so I did it and when I checked out, they gave me a refund for 4750 on my debit card when I checked my account was on there when I went back today, they took it. The rooms are filthy. The bed look like someone has slept in it and they just made it up it was stained the washcloths and towels are stained. The room wasn’t clean and not to mention the carpet in the bathroom and nail sticking out of it do not go to this...

”The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights.
Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

”i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming.
The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...
