”Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly...
