The staff was very understanding and offered different room without hesitation. ”Everything about hotel was great except elevator was not want functioning so we had to wait until someone come from upstairs for it to work because the buttons was not operating”

”I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”
