”My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”

”The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!”

”The room itself was okay. A little dated, and some damage to the tiling in the bathroom, but it was fine for our needs. The lighting however is terrible. Two extremely bright desk lamps (one on the desk, one on the nightstand),which left the rest of the room dark; but if you were in bed or at the desk with the light on, you were blinded. The lighting at the sink was a little dark. Overall not bad for an overnight stay, but with the lighting, I wouldn’t be able to stay any longer. Also…the bed is...

”The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that.
I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again.
It would not have hurt the clerks...

”I was told I wouldn't be getting keys till the next day. Anytime I wanted in my room an employee would let me in. I obviously said that was unacceptable and wasnt staying there. They said they would still charge me for the room as it was a non refundable reservation. Last time I stayed here it was just atrocious. I had forgotten that whole event until I pulled up. Never ever again. But the lady at the front desk was nice.

”Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet.
