The unit itself was spacious, and we appreciated having a designated parking space and being close to the beach since we were staying for Warped Tour weekend. ”It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. The host communicated in a timely way. The parking was the only glitch. The assigned 2 spots are tight and require parking talent for a small suv. This seems to be...

”Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.”

”When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold.
