”The only thing wrong with this stay was that the pool was closed all weekend and we did not know about it ahead of time. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable. The rest of the stay was good. The staff were great, very friendly.”

”The rooms were great very spacious and clean for the most part. The carpets would benefit from a carpet cleaner but overall great room. The staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is in a great area, plenty of restaurants and stores to go to close by. I would most definitely stay here again.”

”They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed.”

”I booked this hotel for a lacrosse tournament and wouldn't do it again. The location was poor, the neighborhood was not great and we stayed on the 3rd floor with bars on the window. Upon arrival, there were broken toys outside which made it appear that people were living in the hotel and someone was actually selling a car in the parking lot. The room was run down and the bathroom was gross, with a film in the tub.”

”BEWARE. Do not recommend. Upon entering the hotel it was very chemical smelling. Had to wait forever to get checked in. Lady seemed disshelved. Strangest check in I’ve experienced. Hallways smelled of smoke and marijuana despite being a smoke free facility. Room was not very clean. Toilet dirty. Debris on floor. Stains on sheets. Hair in the bed. Outdated. After 12 hours in the car I tried to look past it and just rest so we could continue the drive the next morning… that was until I saw signs...

”The toilet was dirty but had a sanitized paper on it. Found hair in the shower so I can only assume it wasn’t clean either. Elevator seemed like it was going to breakdown any minute. Took the stairs the entire stay. Sheets seemed to be clean. Only two very small drawers to put clothes in and one was broke.”

”Breakfast food was great- the rooms need updated Bring back a hot tub Cleaning in between stays needs to be better- there was some stuff in the doors and the refrigerator was leaking water”

”The A/C was ice cold.. but the room smelled musty, bad. Room 210. Other than that. Everything was great. Front desk was very helpful. But that room.”

”Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

”The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.”

”Very worn down property, the shampoo comes in a ketchup packet and the “soap” is as big as a quarter. Door to the room took multiple attempts to open from the outside. Barely any towels.”

”The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.”
