”This hotel was recommended as a good place to stay for families. Unfortunately when we arrived the elevator was broken. I was traveling as a single mama, I had a toddler and baby in a stroller and all our things including a pack n play that I ended up needing to carry up the stairs. I asked if someone could help me. The staff said they could not help because they could not leave the desk. They also had no high chairs in the kitchen which was a big inconvenience. The room was comfortable and...

No coffee maker or iron / ironing board, there was what appeared to mold where the tub and surround meet. With one exception, the staff spoke little English...

”All of the staff were wonderful especially the front desk staff, they were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. It made my pre and post op surgery so much easier. Thanks again.”
