”Not good”

”I reserved a king, non smoking room but was given a double wreaking of smoke. Upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and the walls has items thrown in them. There were underwear and socks under the bed and the face sink started to clog at first use. The bath tub was dirty and hairs were seen in several places. I reported that the sink is clogged on Monday morning to the front desk about 830am. The attendant stated that the maintenance person will be in at 10am and he would address it. I...

”Very clean and rooms were updated recently. The pool could have been a bit cleaner but there were a ton of kids in it the day before”

”Everything went great during my short term stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were extremely kind, especially one named Ebony. While the breakfast selection wasn’t so vast, it was not uncommon for a chain hotel. Also, our bedroom faced the Interstate so there was a lot of outside noise at night. However, the hotel provides white noise machines and ear plugs for when that happens. I just did not have the knowledge at that time, so that’s one thing for you all to note in future visits.”

”We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable”

”As soon as you walk into the lobby, you look down on the floor and it looks like nobody has to sweat.Our mopped floor was dirty. Then whenever you walk to your room to get on the elevator you can tell nobody has vacuumed because all the dirt was cluttered along the edge of the wall. Some of the trimming needs to be repainted , are updated. There were several doors that look like a dog has scratched on them.Are the shiny veneer was coming apart. The elevator smelt like very hot over heated, burnt...

”Both of the rooms they tried to give my daughter smelled like cigarette smoke and their signage specifically states that if they even smell smoke, they keep your deposit. It was a pit, she stayed at a different hotel and we got a refund.”

”The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back.”

”I didn’t like that for two days the water hearer was not working. Therefore cold showers had to be taken place. Air conditioning was as nice and cold. Staff was great.”
