”The stay was fine. Clean, comfortable room. My problem is that the front desk told me at check in to choose between either a $30 food/drink voucher or extra reward points. We chose the voucher and ate breakfast for the same amount. Now, they are not giving the credit. Sound like a bait and switch to you?”

”Clean room and easy check in when arrived to hotel. Would recommend this hotel to others.”

”The room was small and there was too much in the room to move around. I kept hitting my ankles on the sides of the bed.”

”My biggest concerns were the room did not have a sofa in it, which should be a necessity, especially at the price it cost. Also, the mini fridge was a pain opening and closing it.”

”Even though i had a confirmation from expedia for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, the hotel only had me as 2 adults. The front desk lady was very nice and change my room so we could all fit. The breakfast was very minimal, only yogurt, cereal, bread, butter, waffle and orange. Lots of weed smell, the only elevator was always smelling like someone smoke weed in there. For only one night it will do but is very old smelling and looking hotel”

”Staff was good for communication but property was not clean. You will feel smoke near to lift area and before entering your room. I had requested for Crib during reservation but they denied that they don't provide Crib. Please arrange your own breakfast as they provide only Coffee, Muffin, 2-3 Packed item etc. They didn't provide utensils and when I requested lot of items were not available and I got only some Plates, spoon, Pan etc. which I had to carry from their store room to my room. Please...
