hyvä hinta-laatusuhde
Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus kokonaisuudessaan. Hotellin käyttämä vahvasti haiseva siivousaine kävi alussa henkeen huoneessa, mutta sain parvekkeen oven auki ja loppuajaksi pyysin, ettei huoneessani siivottu lainkaan. Muuten sijainti, siisteys, uima-allas, aamiainen ja alabaari oikein ok ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

Superb
Kokemus hotellissa oli kaiken kaikkiaan upea. Siisteys hotellissa oli äärimmäisen hyvä, palvelua oli tarjolla jokaiseen tarpeeseen. Syy miksi alunperin päädyin hotelliin oli upeat kattoterassit, missä sai nauttia Milanosta ja vetää kepardia. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja siistit, sekä sijainti oli todella helppo, jos vaikka saavut junalla Centralen asemalle.

Good quality hotel with a nice location.
Excellent location, good connections to the old town. Comfortable room, a little noisy because it is directly above the metro track. Do not use the cafe across the street, they will rip your money.

Keskinkertainen
Ihan ok kokemus. Hotellin henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä ja palvelualtista, kuten koko Italiassa ainakin oman kokemukseni mukaan. Siitä siis täysi 10 hotellille. Hotellihuone oli mielestäni kuitenkin ehkä hieman vanhentunut, jonka huomasi materiaalivalinnoista. Huone oli kuitenkin erittäin siisti, joka on tärkeintä. Sijainti oli myös hyvä, metro aivan vieressä ja siitä oli vain muutama pysäkki Duomolle. Kattoterassi oli kuitenkin hienoinen pettymys. Se oli paljon pienempi, mitä kuvat antoivat ymmärtää ja jos siellä olisi halunnut drinkin juoda, niin baarimikko olisi pitänyt soittaa paikalle. Tämän vuoksi uskon, että terassi oli aika autio, kun kukaan ei viitsinyt nähdä moista vaivaa. Muutoin hyvä kokemus.

Good but a bit noisy.
Clean comfortable rooms. Noise from the street was a bit annoying even when the room was on the 5th floor. Also sounds and noise from the restaurant above our room was disturbing. Service was good and room was cleaned every day. Good breakfast but not fabulous.

Great locator access to metro for connecting through Milan . Was a bit weary of the area not a lot of bars restaurants nearby. Hotel spotless staff lovely. Rooms tiny but clean . Breakfast really good

Lovely stay! Stayed here for 3 days 4 nights with my family. Although there's not much to do near the area apart from strolling around to a few shops, it's conveniently located near Lima Station - right in front the hotel, so you can easily travel to Duomo and other tourist spots in under 30 mins. The lobby was elegant and welcoming. There's plenty of lifts so you barely wait for long time to get on. Breakfast was amazing, generous serving with a variety of choices which varies on a daily basis! The gym, sauna, steam room and pool was a nice touch as well. The pool may need to be a more heated though as its quite cold when we took a dip. The rooms were decent sized. Definitely need some renovations and it can be quite warm at night. There's AC but they're not as strong. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh new towels as well. Water refilling station near lift 3 was a nice touch. The views from the rooftop terrace was amazing if you're lucky to go up there on a sunny day - you can see the Alps on clear skies! They also allowed us to store our luggage for free in a secured storage behind the desk. The professionalism and hospitality from all the staff have been outstanding! Would highly recommend this hotel!

The walls are not soundproof at all. Some drunken people slammed their door at midnight and was yelling in the hallway and one of the people opened my door while I was laying in bed. Staff at the reception desk were nice. Room is tiny but clean except for the kettle for boiling water needs to be cleaned.

Great hotel. I don’t recommend walking from Milano Centrale. Take a cab or the Metro stop is right out front. On the Metro station beware of an elderly man with a small grey book bag. He is a pickpocket. Ladro!
