”I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains. ”

”We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and modern, very clean and the room (junior suite) was spacious and nice with a king size bed, minibar and a big flatscreen. Kurze Taxifahrt ins Dorf Malia, oder man mietet ein Auto, um noch verschiedene schöne Strände zu erforschen. ”Extremely clean, well appointed, and spacious with private pool. Had a couple electrical issues (washing machine flipping circuit breaker)... electrician was promptly sent, so issue solved. The hostess is lovely. The mattress was a bit too hard for our tastes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. ”

”Service was very good. Foods were better than average all inclusive. Facilities were good as renovated but little problems with maintenance. Shower handle adjusting temp and flow dropped and didn’t stay on place. Room lock tongue was not lubricated as got stuck many times so that room didn’t lock when closing door. Elevator inner door didn’t open many times when ordering to ground floor. Also was strange how only one hanger in bathroom so needed to put towels drying all over the room”
