”Matt was the most disgusting person I’ve encountered at a front desk. He seemed uninterested in helping and was not friendly at all. He also took his finger and dug food out of the back of his mouth while standing at the desk checking me in. The hotel itself was far superior to any other HIE I’ve visited. It was clean and beautiful designed. ”

”Sink didn't drain, bottle of conditioner empty, hand lotion empty. Otherwise clean and warm. A breakfast would have been nice, but enough food places around the area. ”

”This is a new property so there’s a little construction going on but great place to stay located close to downtown so easy access definitely would recommend it”

”Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out.....”

”There was no black out shade or way to block out the big light from the parking lot for sleeping. Coffee downstairs was later than stated but breakfast was decent.”

”The staff is friendly and pleasant. The room was fairly clean. But all the linens need to be replaced. Though they might have been clean stains are evident and some have holes in them. I even had to reverse the sheets because they felt smoother inside out. Check-in and check-out was quick. For an overnight stay with no frills, this place was fine. Its not the best value for money - there were other places nearby for the same price that had breakfast and looked nicer (from the pictures). ”
