”The staff were excellent. Very efficient and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We had bikes on a car bike rack and they made sure we were in a secure parking spot. The breakfast was wonderful. Hot and cold options were available. ”Floors thin. Had to change rooms because people had two little boys that ran through the rooms constantly. After an hour we requested a room change. Sir conditioning units in each room are very loud. Probably would not stay here again even though price is good. Breakfast satisfactory, eggs, sausage. Cereal. Toast, yogurt.”

”Architecture is interesting and authentic for 100 yrs or so ago when built. Lots of common areas for seating and socializing. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. No AIR CONDITIONING! Fan present but falls short of a comfortable temp when hot outside (as it was for my stay). Staff were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Explained facilities and processes. Bathroom was clean with a nice cast iron enameled tub/shower. Room was a bit lacking for counter/storage space.”
